Spring training?
A friend and fellow Dodger fan asked me last week if I was planning on heading out to Florida next year for Spring Training. My initial response was that I was waiting until they move to Arizona.
Upon further reflection, I am feeling conflicted. I’d thought seriously about packing up the family and visiting Dodgertown next spring even before the news of its imminent demise came out. Now that it will be gone soon, that desire might just need to be made reality. I imagine lots of fans are in the same boat — I wonder if the crowds will be growing this coming spring.
Considering I’ve never been to any spring training ever, this seems like a must-take opportunity.
