A beautiful time standing still photo.
That really is a great photo. Love the color too.
Yeah, it really is a cool one. I’m not precisely sure when it’s from, but you can make some pretty good guesses from the people’s attire.
Also, it probably isn’t before June 1938, as that’s when they had the first night game at Ebbets, and you can see the light towers around the stadium.
It appears to me to be early postwar … winter of 1945 or 1946 I’d say.
