I blame whoever was directing the Fox PrimeTicket broadcast for jinxing Kuroda, as they didn’t switch back to the usual behind-the-pitcher camera for that 2-2 pitch to Teixeira. ;)
Congrats to Hiroki on the nearly perfect game, Nomar on the beautimous 2-run jack (not to mention Delwyn “Pee-Wee” Young on his bullpen catch of that homer), Blake DeWitt and Angel Berroa on flashing the leather, and the Dodgers on at last tying the pesky Diamondbacks.
